The Griffin’s Rest Event Cancellation Policy

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our events sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at (231) 747-7502 during regular business hours or email to cancel.

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made at least 24 hours prior to the event will result in a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late for the event, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply.
